Sabina Kaszkowiak

Ms Kaszkowiak graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She completed with honours her legal training at the District Bar Association in Poznań.

Ms Kaszkowiak is an expert in the field of real estate and construction law. She offers comprehensive legal services for companies including real estate developers, investors, contractors as well as estate agents. She provides legal advice on every stage of the investment and construction process. She also has practical experience in representing clients in litigation related to these fields.

Moreover she offers legal support for individual clients in the fields of real estate and construction law – including drafting and analysing contracts, title search and representing clients in litigations related to construction defects and defective execution of construction works.

Ms Kaszkowiak assists clients throughout the whole process of acquisitive prescription of real property and represents clients in proceedings concerning restitution of expropriated property.

She also has broad experience in cases from the fields of family and inheritance law.
