Piotr Gębiak

Mr Gębiak graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed a postgraduate programme on banking law organised by the National Bank of Poland.

He finished with honours his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań. He started his career at a law firm providing legal services for companies, where he acquired experience in business law matters, in particular legal aspects of real estate as well as proceedings before courts and administrative organs.

Mr Gębiak’s main field of expertise is legal advice in the fields of commercial and civil law. He is an expert in issues related to capital investment and stock market. Since 2012 he has been advising a group of investment funds, including fusions and takeovers as well as proceedings before courts and arbitration. He has been appointed a legal guardian at the National Court Register of the District Court in Poznań.
