Anna Szmiłyk

Law graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
She prepared a master’s thesis in the field of substantive criminal law devoted to the crime of persistent harassment.
During her studies, by completing internships in Poznań law firms, she gained experience in legal services for individual clients in matters from various areas of law, in particular civil, administrative, insurance and financial law.
Legal trainee at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań from January 2024.
Her area of interest includes issues in the field of criminal law, civil law and real estate law.
